Devin Wyman Inspiration
Wyman, a 1997 NFL All-Rookie selection for the Super Bowl New England Patriots, is the inspiration for Second Chance. He made his way from the streets of East Palo Alto, California, through a correctional facility, and to the NFL. Wyman's persistence and dedication is the kind of example we want to promote.

Donovan Blythe Founder & Executive Director
Blythe directed the St. Nicholas group home for twelve years, catering to the needs of disadvantaged youth. He has a special gift to reach the youth and inspire them to turn their lives around. He currently works at the Burrell Place Inc. group home in the Hunters Point section of San Francisco.

Connie Murphy Program Director
Connie attended USC where she played volleyball for the Trojans from 1988-1991. She majored in Communications and volunteered during her senior year at Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles, where she first became interested in education. After moving to the Bay Area in 1994, she began teaching Special Education to troubled teenagers atthe Joshua Marie Cameron Academy in San Francisco. She has worked with students with varying disabilities for four years, and enjoys the challenges presented in the Special Education classroom. She plans to continue working with at risk youth, as a lifelong committment.

Kim Williams CFO
Wright is a Certified Public Accountant. She has worked with many non-profit companies to ensure the bookkeeping accuracy as expressed by the law. She is the accountant for the St. Nicholas Youth Home, and Peninsula Youth Camp.

Hal Wright Legal Affairs Director
Wright obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1990. He passed the California Bar Exam on the first attempt. The past 10 years he has worked for the State of California. He was promoted to state attorney five years ago. Wright currently is in private law practice and is Professor of Law at the University of Northern California, Lorenzo Patino School of Law. He also serves as a small claims judge.

Marguerite Blythe Administrative Director
Blythe was Co-Director of the St. Nicholas Youth Home. She boasts over 12 years experience with troubled youth. She manages the Peninusula Youth Camp. She has been involved in a variety of youth programs. She volunteers one day a week at Fiesta Gardens Elementary School in San Mateo. She directed programs at Little Gym, which increased enrollment with her presence.

Blythe has a seven year old daughter and understands the importance of youth's role in society. She supports any educational efforts and expresses concern for the disadvantaged communities.

Doug Abdella Corporate Affairs Director
President of the Watermark Financial Company in San Francisco. He has orchestrated the development of non-profit companies for the last five years. He has raised over a million dollars for non-profit organizations. His experience and corporate relationship is integral to the growth of Second Chance.
